If you contact Arc to ask a question or to discuss ideas then be assured that we do not keep mailing lists, or load your details into a marketing system, and we never sell your details on to any other organisation. Arc will only write or phone you back about the enquiry that you sent us, and we only keep information from the Contact Us page long enough to do this.

The only other thing we do is track anonymous statistics about how many people visit our web site. We don’t use cookies or any techniques to track you personally as you browse around the site.
